U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping is our standard method of shipment (we may choose to ship by FedEx). Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

All packages to Canada will be sent via U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail for $29.95. Your order will usually arrive within 7-14 business days.

We currently only ship to USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand

How to Shop Online

Browse through our online catalog to find an item you are interested in. To choose an item for purchase, select the size and color that you want and click the Buy button. When you are done adding items to your shopping bag, press the View Order or Checkout button to proceed to the secure checkout form. After providing us with your shipping and billing information, you will be able to verify your order and total charges before finalizing your purchase.

Also, in case you have any doubt about the SECURITY of using our on-line ordering service, the credit information that you submit goes through our credit card merchant directly to the bank. That information is not even available to us. So, if we need to make a change in the $ amount of your order for some reason, we have to call you for your charge number. Now that's SECURITY!

Return / Exchange Policy:

• up to 14 days for full refund  • after 14 days for store credit  • After 30 days, no returns will be allowed.

All items must be returned in new condition with original tags attached. We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.

All “sale items” or “special orders” are final sales, no exchange or refunds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your CottonMill online purchase, we will glady accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, no later than 30 days of receipt of  purchase. Please send original “sales receipt” or “packing slip” or “return form” with return shipment. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a credit receipt will be emailed to you. Returned merchandise after  14 days of receipt of purchase will only be given store credit.

To make a return, simply fill out and include the MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM with your item(s).

Credit Card Payment Information and Sales Tax

We accept online payment by VISA, MasterCard, and Discover from customers w/in the United States only. For customers outside the U.S. we require a Certified Cashier's Check or Money Order from a U.S. Bank. There is no sales tax in the State of Pennsylvania, so you will not incur any sales tax on your purchases shipped to PA.

Shipment of Backordered Items

We ship backorders to U.S. Destinations via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge. Backorders to destinations outside the U.S. may be subject to additional shipping charges.
